Mrs. Christiana Pylarinou was born in 1988 in Athens, where she grew up.

She finished her studies at the General High School with success, in 2006.

She was admitted to the physical therapy department of the Higher Technical University of Athens, from where she graduated in 2011.

She gained significant work experience while working for a number of years in private physical therapy centers, children's sports teams and public hospitals (as part of her internship).

In 2018, she successfully completed a two-year course in Manual Therapy at the Greek Association of Physiotherapists and Chirotherapists.

She was trained in Clinical Pilates at the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI), in London, in February 2015.

Since then, Pilates has become a daily tool in her therapeutic quiver. She has attended numerous conferences and seminars, including those on dry needling and trigger point therapy, fascial therapies like ‘Ergon technique’, a training course on hand pathologies and others.

She is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists and the Hellenic Scientific Society of Physiotherapy.

Since 2019, she maintains the physical therapy center 'Physio and Pilates Therapy' in New Philadelphia, Athens, Greece, with her husband.

Finally, from 2021 until today she participates in conducting educational seminars regarding Therapeutic Pilates.
